At Conscience Designs, we strive to provide quality items and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skin care, hair care, or make up products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Return Process

  2. Packaging Your Return:
    Once your return is approved, please carefully package the item in its original packaging (if available) or a secure box. Be sure to include your proof of purchase and any provided return authorization details.
  3. Shipping Costs for Returns:
    You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds:
    In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition, damaged packaging, or returns initiated after the 30-day return period).
  • Shipping Costs:
    Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times can vary. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations:
    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@consciencedesigns.com if you wish to cancel your order. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale & Promotional Items:
    Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.
